Through interaction with the entire choir, or with a smaller group of Anúna's singers, choral ensembles of all standards and levels can enhance many aspects of their performance and attitude to vocal music.

Michael McGlynn has acted as business manager and choral director for Anúna since the group's foundation in 1987. He has given seminars and talks that focus on the practical business aspects of the choral industry [concert and tour management, recording and distribution of recordings, manufacture and licensing of recordings, business infrastructure related to choirs, including contractual requirements and insurance, third-party negotiation, media and digital dissemination, choral discipline]. Michael is in a unique position to aid any choral group in developing a business infrastructure that will enhance the day-to-day experiences of both the director/conductor and members of a choral ensemble.
